New Employees

 

We're glad you're interested in becoming a lifeguard or manager at Sherwood Forest Swim Club!

 

We are currently seeking both regular guards and sub guards. A regular guard will be scheduled and expected to abide by all policies in the contract (link below). A sub guard must abide by all policies except those referring to personal days and scheduling. A sub guard will not be scheduled and will only work a shift when asked to cover said shift by another guard or manager and he or she will not be required to work any shifts he or she did not agree to cover.

 

To take the next step in becoming a lifeguard at Sherwood, read through the enployee contract in order to gain an understanding of what we expect out of our staff. In order to be eligible, you must have up to date lifeguarding certifications as well as CPR and first aid.
